The Valais region of Switzerland has decided to put a temporary break on sales to foreign buyers for holiday homes in a number of mountain communes, including: Verbier, Nendaz, Grimentz and Val d'Illiez Champoussin/Les Crosets). This is following an earlier decision in other communes including Crans and Montana.
